In 1995, my family and I traveled from Reno to El Salvador in my dad’s Mazda pickup truck. MENSAJES  This piece is a reflection of a concept I’ve been contemplating for some time. Touching on my views on the spiritual realms that exist, the place my ancestors, spiritual entities, guides, angels, deceased loved ones and energies reside. I believe we as humans have the capability to connect with the spiritual realm. As we are similar to radio receivers equipped with the ability to tune into different frequencies. Collage can be a useful tool for exploring and expressing unconscious thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I've only started dabbling in the medium of collage since late last year, it's been one way to draw inspiration and tap into my subconscious and creative intuition in selecting materials that have resonated with me on a deep level.
